Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of £50/€65 per week is required with each booking in order to secure the cottage. Full payment to be received by six calendar weeks before the start of your holiday. If you are booking less than six weeks prior to the commencement date of the holiday then the full payment is required at time of booking. Late payment for any reason will entitle us to re-let the properties for those periods.
Cancellation by us:
If for some unforeseen reason we have to cancel your reservation then all monies paid, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.
Cancellation by you:
If you have to cancel your reservation prior to the full payment at six weeks the deposit will be forfeited.
If you cancel within the six weeks prior to the start date then a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. If, however, it is possible to re-let the period booked then a full refund with be given, except for the £50 per week deposit.
Your Responsibilities:
Your acceptance of this booking is also acceptance that children will be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES in the swimming pool area and of your responsibility to lock the gate of the swimming pool area after you use it and to safeguard the key that you will be given for the swimming pool area.
Letting periods commence from 4pm on the date of arrival and finish at 10am on the date of departure.
You are requested to leave the property in the same condition and state of cleanliness as you find it. Any damages should be notified to the owners and paid for prior to departure.
Note: The swimming pool is exclusively for the use of paying guests of La Hallotière.
Our Responsibilities:
Everything possible will be done to maintain the high standard of the cottages, pool and site in general. Should an unforeseen circumstance arise, over which the owners have little or no control, the owners will do everything reasonable to correct the situation. In the unlikely event that such a situation should occur, the owners do not accept any form of responsibility and therefore no claims can be made against them.
Pets:
You will be liable for any damage caused to the property or the site by your pet. Pets are not allowed onto beds or furniture and must not be left unattended in the property at any time. Pets must be supervised in the grounds at all times, not allowed to wander and interfere with other guests or local livestock and are strictly forbidden from the pool area. All mess created by your pets must be cleared and placed in the dustbins for disposal. If we have to clean up after your pet a charge of £30 per hour (or part hour) will be made.
